What robot vacuum should I buy for hard floors and Persian carpets?

Hello everyone!

I’m thinking of buying a robot to help keep my place clean. For whatever reason, my home generates an absurd amount of dust! I have a Miele for deep cleans, but I think a trusty little helper would be useful for daily or biweekly dust accumulation.

My house solely consists of hardwood floors and a small amount of vinyl plank in the kitchen and bathrooms. However, I have a collection of handmade persian rugs and they cover much of the hardwood.

My three criteria are:

  1. most effective for vacuuming of dust.

  2. a robot that isn't insanely priced. I’m thinking 500-600 ish budget range?

  3. I don’t want a little guy to damage my rugs. I know that hand knotted rugs are built to be very sturdy and to take daily traffic, but they also have specific requirements for maintenance. Hopefully I can find something that meets these requirements!

Hello everyone!

I consider myself to be a soft dom. Although I enjoy power exchange, providing direction, setting rules, sensory play, and light impact play, I’m by no means a sadist. I don’t enjoy seriously harming anyone physically, nor is CNC the type of play I’m comfortable with.

The past two partners that I played with were bratty subs who acted out and desired much more aggressive interactions. I set clear boundaries that I wasn’t comfortable breaking, and I stayed within my comfort zone during our scenes; however, I don’t think any party was especially fulfilled by these play dates. Looking back, it‘s clear we weren’t looking for the same things.

Are there any tactics that I could try out if I find myself with a partner like this in future? Again, I don’t want to physically harm anyone (ie. Leave marks), but I’m open to other strategies of bringing an aggressive brat to heal. Alternatively, is this a clear example of people whose tastes and desires don’t align?

Hello everyone!

I just found this 5x9 rug on FB market place, and I’m thinking of buying it for 350 CAD. I’m wondering why the accent colours are so vibrant, and whether this is a fair price for this piece. Generally speaking, this rug is in fairly good shape with no noticeable damage. I like the design, colour balance, and aesthetic of this rug, but I’d appreciate any feedback you might have about the dies used and history of this particular piece.
