My Comedk marks this year won't be good

Nothing good has happened to me academically this year. Any decent colleges I find, are all closing in the 50,000s maximum (my jee mains rank is 76k, last year it was 49k)

In VITEEE my rank increased from 50k, to 18.5k, but VITEEE has fees close to 26-28 lakhs and placements aren't up to par with that sort of fee structure

I really, really hope that I get over 90 in Comedk, but with how things are going for me this past year, I would genuinely not be surprised if I get a rank over 10k this year (last year it was 7.8k)

This drop is the worst thing to happen to me by far, pls don't take a drop if you can't study like a mentally deranged person all day. I literally can't get shit anymore, it's over for me.

College Selection Perspective (Need Help)

Gen Male, Bihar Domicile

VITEEE rank - 18.5k (got CSE core at VIT Chennai at category 3 - 26 lakhs for 4 years. Classes starting July.)

JM - 76k CRL

MET - 129/240, 81.33% PCM aggregate

So, what options do I have? Spending 26 lakhs in VIT isn't sitting right with me, though my father is ready to do so. Anything that I could get via JoSAA or CSAB, or should I just go for VIT instead? Gave Comedk too but results haven't come out yet. Any help is appreciated, thanks 🙏🏽

Need Help

Is cat 4 CSE in VIT Vellore worth it? I got 18.5k rank in VITEEE examination, and my other CSE Core option is cat 3 CSE at VIT Chennai. Since Comedk and Manipal ranks haven't comes out yet, is VIT Vellore cat 4 the next best option or should I put cat 3 CSE Chennai above Cat 4 CSE Vellore? Any help is appreciated, thanks

Need Help

is it suicidal to take ECE as someone who isn't very good at differentiation and probabilities? i have heard it is really fkin hard, i am also eligible for CE at another college, but that one is more expensive and a lot more strict, so yeah i need some advice. ECE vs CSE, what should i opt for? Thanks.

Need Help (College Selection)

I can potentially get ECE at IIIT Bhagalpur this year. I am also eligible for CSE at VIT Chennai (Category 3 most likely, cat 2 with specializations like DS and AI), so which one should i opt for?

i will let it be known that i am not exactly what you'd want to be when it comes to differentiation/calculus and probability... i wish i was good, but am not. So, should i still go for ECE or is it just suicide if i do so? Any help is appreciated, thanks
