Tokito wasn’t a nice Hashira

Before everyone comes after me, before everyone gets angry, yes, he was a very powerful Hashira—the Hashira with the greatest potential considering his age. Yes. But when it came to being a good person, he wasn’t a good person. He wasn’t a Hashira who cared about people’s lives.
And this is because his mindset, being similar to that of his deceased brother, was primarily focused on completing the mission, unlike someone like Rengoku, who would probably clash with this attitude the most.

Rengoku could fail the mission and let the demon escape, but as long as he didn’t lose any lives, he still considered it a victory. As he himself says in Mugen Train.

Tengen does lose some lives in the Entertainment District, and he makes sure to defeat the demon, but again, he prioritizes lives in a specific order. Obviously, his wives come first, then any civilians who can be saved without putting his wives at risk of dying, and finally, he puts himself and the mission as a whole last. Defeating the demon isn’t the absolute priority. The absolute priority is having survivors and saving as many people as possible.

However, Tokito wasn’t like that. Tokito was willing to let people die, even when he could save them, if they interfered with the main objective of the mission: defeating the demon as quickly as possible. Losing people he considered especially powerful or strictly necessary would mean that they were expendable.

In other words, civilians were expendable if he had to choose between protecting them and defeating the demon as quickly as possible.
We see this with Kotetsu, when he tries to leave him behind, and Tanjiro’s words trigger memories that begin breaking through the amnesia Tokito had been living with for several years.

This isn’t necessarily a criticism of the character himself, but if the mission were at stake—if there were a chance that the demon might escape for even a moment—and the other option was saving you or saving all of us in general, he would have left us to die in order to defeat the demon.

The Infinite Castle MVP vs the one who saves us

If Yushiro is considered, even by the Master himself, the MVP of the Infinity Castle—and he absolutely deserves that credit—in my opinion, the person who actually saves the entire final battle against the Upper Moons and Muzan is Koyuki Soyama.

My reasons are as follows:
If she hadn’t appeared to stop Akaza, as shown in picture 4, Akaza would have finished killing Giyu and would have killed Tanjiro as well, since the memories of his father and Keizo weren’t having enough of an effect on him. It wasn’t until Koyuki intervened from the spiritual realm that they were finally able to put a stop to Hakuji. He was able to fully recover his memories, reconnect with his human life, and ultimately make the decision to take his own life.

But there’s another huge consequence to consider: Akaza would not have gone to help Doma.

Doma may be the one who was ultimately defeated, but if Akaza had still been alive, he could have gone to help Kokushibo or gone after Gyomei and Sanemi instead. And Akaza is basically the perfect counter to Sanemi.
Neither Gyomei nor Sanemi, even with the Demon Slayer Mark and the Transparent World, would realistically be enough to defeat Akaza individually. Together, they could certainly put up a fight, but keep in mind how exhausted they already were. Sanemi was also especially emotionally vulnerable after his brother’s death, while Akaza would have already overcome his weakness to decapitation—the weakness of his head itself.

So, honestly? Goodbye. We probably wouldn’t have even made it to the fight against Muzan.
However, if Koyuki hadn’t arrived at that exact moment, we wouldn’t have had the Water Hashira anymore. At the very least, that’s what I think. Even if you say, “Well, maybe by some miracle he would have forgotten about Tanjiro,” Giyu still wouldn’t have survived.

Tomioka is extremely important, and I’m going to try not to spoil this part, but he accomplishes something incredible alongside Tanjiro while they’re trying to hold Muzan back, and that literally saves Tanjiro’s life.

On top of that, Giyu is the one who prevents Demon King Tanjiro from killing a Kakushi, so when Tanjiro eventually returns to normal, he doesn’t end up committing seppuku.
And honestly, if you take Tanjiro out of the equation, then you already know how it ends. We’re completely screwed.

Kokushibo’s Fun Fact

The real name of Kokushibo's katana is *Kyokoku Musari* which means "The Empty Roar of God's Death" or "The soul leaves while the cry is empty."

Reading between the lines, it refers to the action of ending the body of Yoriichi, who died standing up. Kokushibo could never get close to him, in power, and ending his body was his outburst.

Who have more money? The Ubuyashiki Family or Muzan Kibutsuji ?

While the Ubuyashiki family built their fortune thanks to their gift of clairvoyance, allowing them to foresee events such as natural disasters that could affect humanity, Muzan Kibutsuji took a completely different approach.

He used methods such as placing Daki in the Entertainment District, selling Gyokko’s ceramic pots, and even assuming the identities of wealthy individuals in Japan to accumulate resources, all in pursuit of his ultimate goal: finding the Blue Spider Lily.

Taking all of that into account—or even setting it aside—who do you think is wealthier in the present day: the Ubuyashiki family or Muzan Kibutsuji?

How lethal could Akaza be if he had Gyokko's DBA?

Taking into account that the Akaza DBA are the sonic waves that hit from afar, they look like fireworks and the compass.

If we take that away from him, leaving only his knowledge of the Soryum.

How powerful would it be if he had exclusively the "Divine Hands" of Gyokko's final form?

There is someone that is worse than Douma

We all know that Doma is a psychopath who enjoys eating women under the belief that they’re more nutritious because they have the ability to bear children and create life. However, I think we’re overlooking another character who is arguably even worse.
While Doma certainly prefers to prey on women, most of his victims are actually men and women between the ages of 30 and 40—people who are often suffering or unhappy, the very individuals who come to seek comfort in his cult.
The Swamp Demon, on the other hand, is even more disturbing. His justification is that a girl’s flesh will “go bad” if he doesn’t devour her before she turns sixteen. In fact, he specifically targets sixteen-year-old girls, one example being Kazumi’s fiancée.
Because of this, many people say, “Doma wanted to eat Kanae because she was a beautiful young woman.” That’s true, but regardless of that, he still had to kill her because Kanae Kocho was a Hashira.
Now imagine if Shinobu Kocho, who was around sixteen at the time Kanae died, had happened to be in the town where the Swamp Demon hunted his victims. She would have become one of his targets simply because she was a sixteen-year-old girl. Once again, his reasoning was that girls of that age tasted the best.
People rightfully criticize Doma for claiming that women are more nutritious because they can give birth. I’m not trying to justify him at all. I’m simply pointing out that there is another demon whose motivations are arguably even more disturbing.

What If Hantengu was telling the true ??

I recently learned about a neurological disorder called Alien Hand Syndrome, in which a person’s hand no longer responds to its owner’s conscious control. In some cases, it can even attack the person or perform actions completely on its own.

As we know, Hantengu constantly claimed that his hands acted of their own free will—that they were the ones who stole, the ones who killed countless people, and the ones responsible for those actions.

There’s even an anime that portrays a similar concept, offering a more accessible way of understanding this condition.
But here’s my theory: what if Hantengu was actually telling the truth? What if his hands really did move and act on their own, independent of his own will?

It could also be argued that, after becoming a demon, Hantengu no longer suffered from this disorder—and that’s where my theory comes together.

What if Muzan’s blood, or Muzan himself, is capable of curing certain mental disorders?

Since demons don’t get sick, it’s possible that their minds could also be repaired. Of course, this doesn’t seem to apply to Doma’s sociopathy, but that’s likely because his lack of empathy actually benefits Muzan. If Doma doesn’t feel empathy or sadness, it doesn’t become a disadvantage for Muzan’s goals.
However, a condition like Hantengu’s would directly affect his effectiveness as a demon. In other words, it would negatively impact his performance, making it something Muzan would have a reason to fix.
This led me to my own conclusion: the Demon King is perfectly capable of curing or altering his demons, but only when it benefits him. It’s similar to how he allowed Kokushibo to keep his memories, while Akaza lost his completely. Those decisions seem to have been made because their memories influenced their personalities and, ultimately, their usefulness as demons.

Rare ships that have been found or that are not so common to think about

They can be really unusual, controversial, very common, unique, or unexpected

The idea is simple: in the comments, everyone is welcome to share their thoughts. Do you think this would be a healthy relationship or a toxic one? Feel free to explain your reasoning!

Here are some ships if you’d prefer to talk about these instead. Personally, I think these would make for really sweet and healthy relationships. 💙 (Or toxic, what do you think?)

Kokushibo x Gyutaro (envy couple)
Susamaru x Gyomei
Obanai x Koyuki
Genya x Kanao
Yoriichi x Mitsuri
Kyojuro x Nakime
Mukago x Tengen

Sanemi’s haters come to me

I want to know why people hate Sanemi Shinazugawa, please, be respectful and give me good reasons.

I like to debate with people about my fav characters because sometimes people don’t see what I, and I don’t see their perspective of the anime. So I want to hear good reasons about why you hate him.

Important! I don't accept things like "just because I do and I just don't like it", here I want to open a debate and be given good reasons. I want to hear opinions that have an objective basis and not just personal.

I respect completely if you don't like the character, but I want this to be a space for objective debate

The man is 15 years old

At this point, he is 15 years old

In the time lapse of the show, Tengen is 23 years old, and he have 8 years with the slayers, maybe the 8 as a Hashira, sooo

Fun Fact: Did you know that Kagaya Ubuyashiki and Tengen Uzui have the same age ?

Where was the Infinite Castle

⚠️ SPOILER WARNING!! ⚠️

When Nakime is killed by Muzan, the entire Infinity Castle collapses. However, according to the manga, everyone ends up back in Japan, seemingly emerging from underground.

Later, during the battle against Muzan, the Kakushi appear with vehicles and supplies to help fight Baby Muzan.

I think you can already guess my question:

Where on earth did everyone come from, and what happened to the Infinity Castle?

As far as I understand, the Infinity Castle is supposed to be a separate dimension. That’s why it’s called the Infinite Dimensional Fortress in the first place.

So how did the Kakushi manage to arrive within what seems to be only 2–4 hours with all the equipment they brought? How did they even find everyone? And if the Infinity Castle was in another dimension, where did it go after its destruction, and how did everyone return so quickly?
