My old address was banned off Walmart, I couldn't figure out why, every time I ordered something, the order would just cancel. I called customer service, and they said they don't ban people and I should just try again. I've ordered like 1 item in total from walmart and didn't return it or anything. In fact, i still have it. Now I've moved to a new address. Would I still be banned if I order something?

I ordered a toilet seat, found out it was too small, so wanted to return it, and when I went to make a return, it just refunded me without asking for the item back. I just took it out of its Amazon delivery box. The original wrap is still on it. Can someone tell me why I just got the refund without needing to return it?
