Can your pickup truck make toast & charge your tools while you drive to the job site? 😀 I've been driving the new BYD Shark 6 Performance for a few days now and it's freaking quick. Power upgrade also means 0-100 is 5.5 seconds now. These things would sell like crazy in the United States.

Anyone else completely lose interest in Mazda after they vomited out the mediocre MX-30? For any EV nut, that car was almost an insult. Things have changed though, thankfully, with this new Mazda 6e. It's priced well, has an excellent range, the interior is freaking gorgeous and it looks STUNNING.

Love my little old laptop. Bought it second hand for a couple hundred bucks and it's been worth every cent (once I'd deleted windows and installed Linux). I gave Ubuntu a Windows skin though so it looks the same, it just runs fast now. I figured that way I'll manage to annoy both camps at once. 😁

This EV conversion has been taking longer than planned simply because work & life's flat out but how's this for an update?! 😁 Next step: insulate the two metals to prevent corrosion then put in some batteries to have this old Allegro running on free range electrons.
