Maybe I'm overthinking it but these things aren't cheap so I can't just pull the trigger without digging in first. After getting into red light therapy the thing that caught my attention most were these PBM helmets, got my eye on the neuronic helmet since it's not as expensive as others I saw online and decided to search, found a research suggesting that a 256 LED 1070nm helmet only delivers around 19 microwatts per cm through the skull alone, which isn't enough to have any effect on mitochondria. And that's before skin and other barriers, so realistically it could drop close to zero before reaching the brain..?
Also kind of funny that 810nm outperformed 1070nm for penetration in that same study, which goes against basically everything they market. I guess the most important thing when looking at these devices is checking the actual irradiance numbers and not just taking the wavelength claims at face value

I used to live in a state where betting was legal so I just used the usual apps, after I moved I withdrew everything and accepted that was that, not tryna mess with VPNs or anything. I recently saw a staking app where it's more of skill based matches and apparently it doesn't fall under traditional betting. Anyone tried something like this?
