I have been on contrave for about three weeks.
I have started to notice really bad tension near my right shoulder blade. It radiates through to my chest it feels muscular. I almost feel like it’s pinned up energy. Has anyone else felt this?
Also I now have a random cough… wth
I have taken Ozempic in the past lost over 80 pounds went off of it and slowly gained the weight back. Tried Tirzepatide but it made me feel very weird and spacey. I didn’t lose any weight.
I’m on Reta right now. I did 1 mg for four weeks now 2 mg for four weeks. I have only lost 4 pounds.
My question is for other people that have used GLPs in the past what dosage did you start losing with Reta?
I’m going to go up to 3mg this week but just need some advice.
