International running apparel and gear

I want to buy running clothes from international brands. What international brands ship to the Philippines?
I’ve tried LSKD which does door to door.
I’m eyeing bandit, UVU and EOU.

Thank you in advance!

I don’t want to fall apart.

Been managing my symptoms with running and hitting the gym but then I injured my ankle during one of my runs. I’ve been bed bound and can’t really walk and can’t get back to running for months. It sucks! Running has been my outlet for the longest time. It’s the only thing that stabilizes my mood. I feel like I’m starting to slowly fall apart and I don’t want that to happen. I’m struggling internally. I feel like I’ve made so much progress for so long.

I hope you guys are having a better day than me, cheers!

Li-Ning Yueying 6 Pro

Hi just want to share something. I was able to try the Li-Ning Red Hare 9 and Li-Ning Yueying 6 Pro.

I was supposed to get the Red Hare 9 but when I tried Yueying 6, automatically switched to the Yueying.

If you’re a runner who prioritizes stability, Yueying 6 is the way to go. Its still very cushioned and soft but it doesn’t have that plushy feel when you run with the Red Hare
9.

Run clubs at Makati suggestions.

So I’ve been running 2-3x a week for around 8 months now. I’ve been curious about joining a run club. I run at a pace that ranges from 6:32/km on good days to 7:30 on bad days (not a pro 🫠) hahaha! My PR is 32min for 5k 🫠 I had no formal coaching, I just really ended up enjoying running.

What are your experiences with run clubs? I mostly run solo. I’ve been thinking about trying JUSTSHOWUP and JUST ONE. Do you guys have any other run clubs in mind?

Thank you!

Meal prep for volume

Did a meal prep for this week. Volume has always been a priority for me so I’ve been increasing my vegetable intake.
So we have: boiled cabbage with cherry tomatoes and enoki mushrooms, roasted vegetables, riced cauliflower and 93% lean ground beef.

Nutrition help. (Increase workout or decrease cal)

When I started going to the gym I was around December of 2025 I weighed 70kg and have been on 1500-1800cal restriction. Currently I’m at 62kg. Female here btw.

I’ve been running more frequently 3-4x per week and do weight training 3x week as well.

This cal restriction is driving me nuts. On my rest days I feel like I can savage an entire buffer table, but of course I don’t, so I eat tons of fruits (papaya, watermelon and pineapple) or a tone of protein (yes, I can finish a half of roasted chicken alone).

I make sure I have a good protein source mostly lean ground beef and chicken. As for cabs I don’t restrict myself too but keep portions in control (1 to 1/2 cup of rice, 1 slice of sourdough bread or bagel). I also make sure I have a good fiber source so I eat my veggies.

Do you guys have any tips on how to stop this “starvation” feeling on rest days? My weight has been ranging between 63-62 for the past month. So I don’t know if I should lower my cal intake or increase my frequency of going to the gym and running.
