What is a great strategy for promoting a DeFi project?

I am working on a defi protocol and was wondering what the best strategy is for finding leads that may need my product.

The protocol is a derivatives exchange.

I was thinking of approaching crypto hedge funds like Jump Crypto & Wintermute.

Any resources or strategies you guys recommend to help me acquire leads for my derivatives defi protocol?

Protagonist is a baby?

I remember movie's like;

Baby's Day Out (1994)

Baby Genius (1999)

Are there any other movies where the main character is a Baby?

A similar trend has also started in Video games with Death Stranding & Pragmata.

What other baby protagonist movies are out there?

Movies like PlayTime (1967)

Playtime is hard to describe,

- Almost every single scene has a small kind of comedy.

- Dialogue is almost irrelevant as the film's beauty (choice of colors) and scene's have always have something interesting to see. So the entertainment is like 95% visual. and 3% dialogue and 2% music.

- It's almost impossible to understand every scene on the first watch. So many interesting unrelated but interesting things happening in the background.

- Some scenes like the traffic look choreographed similar to musicals, but it doesn't have any singing.

Is this the only movie in its own league? or are there similar ones?

How safe is it to publicly share a key_store.json file?

I am currently designing a system where KDF may be useful.

Suppose I use Argon2id and I keep the password private but share the key_store.json file publicly.

How secure would the private key be if an attacker only had access to the encrypted key_store.json file?

Diet benefits or coincidence?

A few months back I went on this strange diet that as follows.

- 1 Tea spoon of olive oil before I sleep.

- 1 meal a day exclusively pineapple, watermelon, cabbages, cucumber, eggs, black pepper, chicken.

- Did one 10,000 step walk a week

I noticed my hairline stopped receding and more even grew back to close the patch.

When I stopped the diet, the hairline started receding again.

Was this just coincidence? or did the diet have anything to do with my hair regrowth (scientific literature to vindicate it)?

Hello everyone.

I am an open source developer currently doing research (building tools) around Minsc (a Bitcoin focused smart contract language).

What surprised me is that there are no user friendly wallets for people to use some of Bitcoins native smart contracts features (if you know any, please list them).

Most, if not all wallets seem to be restricted to payments.

Let me give an example of hash locks & time locks.

  1. Hash locks

You could have a wallet that would require you reveal a secret, such that even if someone stole your seed. It would be impossible for them to steal your funds.

This would improve security by a lot.

  1. Time locks

A lot of people in Bitcoin would be very wealthy (including me) if they simply didn't panic sell. My net worth would be up 100x.

A simple time lock contract would ensure that I forcibly "Hodl" my Bitcoin for a number of years. Say 10 years, 5 years, or 20 years.

I could hold BTC in savings accounts with concurrently longer durations like 1 year, 5 years, 10 years. A strategy referred to as laddering.

This kind of Wallet abstraction is very possible in Bitcoin today and completely trust less.

  1. How come the usage is not widespread?

  2. Are these features useless to you?

I am thinking of building a tool or wallet that would make these Bitcoin smart contracts easier to use.

What do you think? Would I be wasting my time?

I'm currently watching Here (2024) and i remembered that some of my favourite movies have stories that unfold over many years.

Examples;

- The remains of the day (1993)

- Moonlight (2016)

- Dead Ringers (1988)

Any more suggestions?
