But man they make helltides so good - love being able to just stay in one area and fight for a while and get tons of cinders and a variety of drops.

Why would Meteor *drop* two tiers despite getting buffs?
Robb Had Meteor as atleast A tier but they are putting at D for both overall and bossing.
Firewall is rated well but the playstyle looks miserable.

I have a pretty well geared Cold Penn Shot rogue and it handles all T12 content fine except lillith / meph I always drop it down the 10 for them.
Was hoping to clear out the seasonal track solo and was wondering if the rogue has any builds that would make these fights a joke?
Mainly wondering if it would be worth it to swap to poison penn shot or maybe even death trap.
I never got the "Product Instructions Included" email from Brello and i'm not sure if I lost paperwork that came with the meds or never got it but I am trying to figure out my shot schedule.
I got 3 vials that came separated - a single "1st month" vial and two "month 2 and 3" vials - are the concentrations in these vials different? Because I don't see that info on the vials themselves.
The only instruction I have on my Brello dashboard are:
>"INJECT 0.25 MG (5 UNITS or 0.05 ml) SUBCUTANEOUSLY WEEKLY OR AS DIRECTED. Discard any remaining after 28 days"
I am two shots into this schedule and have no side effects but also feel like the suppression effects are pretty minimal.
So what I am trying to figure out is:
Couple days into starting Compound Semaglutide (via Brello) definitely feeling the positive effects so far and haven't had any major side effects other than some mild brain fog.
Is this something that will pass? anything I should be doing or avoiding to lessen it?
Is upgrading gems in the cube being 5:1 instead of 3:1 a recession indicator?
Jokes aside damn these Horadric gems feel “aspirational” as hell.
Pretty much resigned myself to never getting one by just playing “normally” and not target farming them for hours.
