I purchased the Apple extender because I had heard that it effectively maintains battery health while extending its usage time. To use it, charge it to your desired level, and it will maintain that charge. However, my extender always goes to 100 before it stops. Is it confirmed that it prefers to keep the battery at 100, and the button battery option that says “charge past 90” is simply an outdated setting? I thought Apple would have fixed this issue by now if it was a problem. Do you have any thoughts, updates, or fixes?
