Suggestions needed — investing ₹1,10,000 lump sum for mother (51) via STP, 11-year horizon

Hi all,
I'm helping my mother (51 years old) Housewife . invest ₹1,10,000.
Plan is:
Park the full amount in a liquid fund first
Set up an STP to gradually move it into an equity/hybrid fund over the next 6–12 months
Stay invested for 11 years. Is this good approach?
Her broader financial picture:
8+ lakh in FDs across banks
Owns 2 properties
Has emergency fund in one saving account
Health insurance covers 10 lakh .
LIC life insurance is also thir will be mature in 2034.
This ₹1.1L would be a relatively small, growth-oriented slice of her overall net worth
Given she's already well covered on the safe/debt side (FDs) and has real estate, I'm thinking she can afford a bit more equity exposure than a typical "capital protection" approach for her age — but wanted this community's take. After some year she can invest more she wants diversified portfolio.
Looking for:
Which liquid fund is good for parking before the STP starts?
Which equity/hybrid fund category (or specific funds) make sense for the STP destination, given her risk capacity above?
Anything I'm missing about STP mechanics or taxation for this kind of setup
What you guys have done for your parents investment in mutual fund.
Thanks in advance!
