Where to get actual Bowler hats and linen flatcaps at a reasonable price?

So I'm planning to go all in victorian/steampunk fashion, focusing to look like a victorian mechanic/handyman, for now I have gotten what I needed except the hats, which I mainly want are flatcaps of linen (or other breathable materials) since I live in a relatively hot zone (at maximum 25-30° celsius [and the fact that I suffer more of the weather in summer than in winter]) and a bowler hat, the problem is that specially for the bowler hats they're either +150$ or are costume like (and I'm searching for an actual one without any extra design or marking if possible), where could I find more accesible options?

Technocratic names for spheres?

In the manual of 20th they mention that the technocrats have different names for every sphere (aside from the ones that are variants) like instead of mind is Psydynamics, so is there somewhere to read all of them?

More options for cybernetic upgrades?

So I'm playing my first technocracy game and I'm going all in with the upgrades (since my character is a posthumanist Iteration X), however It kinda feels a little lack luster (in a way that or is pretty expensive like plasma cannons or the antimagic armor) or kinda meh (like the internet connection) but I only found it on the base manual, and I know damn well that the large amount of books hide a lot of the goodies, so does anyone know if there are more Cybernetics? I'm happy with an energy gun implanted on me

Note: I know they're probably higly vulgar but if I need strong stuff it isn't for billy who broke a window, so the concensus probably won't matter that much

TLDR: book and pages for more cybernetic upgrades of the upgrades background

So I have been investigating about the order of Hermes for a player and something that has “bugged” or can’t really pinpoint is how similar are the hermetics to their real equivalents, since I know in game hermetics are all about the importance of will (even more than other traditions) and I want to add real life aspects of it, since I have just started investigating and it doesn’t seem to actually have a lot apart from the name (how curious considering people usually complaint about the same fact for other groups).

TLDR: how similar are hermetics from the actual hermeticism

I just (re)discovered the game and ever since I found it I fell in love with the automated infantry, and the minis from the first edition (I think) look pretty cool (not dissing the new ones, both are cool) and I want them, do anyone know if they will be discontinued after the new ones release? and if yes, will there be a window to get them? since I will have money until like September but the new ones release on June and I know it will be hard to get them after being discontinued

So I’m pretty new to actually playing Warhammer and a friend of the group where I go lend me his votann army to actually play, and since I don’t know how to build an army I want to have an army list to try and not being too complicated (I still have nightmares when I tried Mechanicus) so what would you recommend for a wee green beard?

TLDR: a 2000 army list for a newbie, in theory I have everything to choose from

So I just started mastering a Mage20 game and one of the players want to have rotes (specifically homemade), I know what rotes are (premade magical effects) but it seems that they worked different in other editions.

Because before the game he only played Mage 2nd and says that instead of using areté they are like ability checks??? From what I understand from the example from the book of 20th they sound more like simply areté rolls like any other spell.

So in summary: how do rotes work? What do you roll for it? Do you need exp to create them? If you spend exp on them des it lower the difficulty or something? And specially where does it talk more about it in the book? I have almost all books (I really hope it isn’t in the cookbook) so if you pinpoint where does it talk about it it would be lovely.

TLDR: How do rotes work mechanically in terms of rolls? And where does it talk about it the book?
