Help finding piece of library music in original “King Kong” re-release trailer, (1930s-50s?)

music occurs in 0:00-0:25 and 0:55-end

Hello everybody! I’m currently on the lookout for a piece of music that was featured in a reissue trailer for the 1933 classic creature feature, “King Kong” I noticed the theme sounds a bit similar to Kong’s leitmotif throughout the film, composed by the legendary Max Steiner, I personally like how powerful and bombastic it sounds and would REALLY like to hear the full composition.

I personally assume this MAY be a piece of library music because a bit of the piece also pops up in a trailer for a B-movie creature feature directed by Roger Cormann: “Monster from the Ocean Floor” (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=8aLma\_Ytmfw&ra=m) (0:35-0:45) (1:42-end)

I’ve checked really OLD music libraries (i.e. De Wolfe, Valentino, etc.) but nothing seems to be popping up alas. If anyone can help find this or direct me in the right path, thanks!

DESTROY ALL BRAWLERS || A Kaiju/Tokusatsu themed Fighting Game (Part 1)

Tokusatsu… Japanese Media that makes heavy use of practical effects, whether it be rubbery suits, minature sets or pyrotechnics, the genre itself has a long legacy spanning to the dawn of Japanese cinema up to today, spawning all sorts of Iconic characters, like Godzilla, Gamera, Ultraman and Kamen Rider… now imagine: what if all the studios behind these productions set aside their differences and helped produce a mega-crossover smash clone of sorts?

RULES:

  1. Only Tokusatsu characters allowed, no toku-like anime (Pretty Cure, Evangelion, Etc.) yet, We’ll save those for DLC guest stars 😉

  2. Overseas productions are allowed (i.e. Power Rangers, MonsterVerse)

  3. Characters MUST be Kaiju, Superheroes, or Kaijin

  4. Indie Toku Productions are welcome (i.e. Guilala, Gappa, Spectreman, Taroman)

  5. Most upvotes will go into the roster, in case of a tie, I will determine based on personal preference

  6. Have fun, and go nuts!
