Welp, I suppose I'm done with Bubsy 4D now lol. I just ended up beating Bubsy 4D's - Black Hole mode DLC and have achieved all cosmic yarnballs and also the time trial medals as well! So yeah, anyways though- uh, since this is my first post- I just want to say, yeah... I'm a Bubsy fan. I know his series of games are notorious for... well, their lack of quality, but Bubsy 4D was a genuinely pleasant surprise and a fantastic comeback for the orange bobcat, so... yeah! I'll probs draw Bubsy fanart later though, but for now- have some screenshots! :P ❤️

I haven’t really journaled much lately, but here are some Object Show related doodles I’ve drawn this year! Whether it be of certain characters or ship art, I’m really proud of these sketches and I plan on getting back into journaling later today! ✍️ :3 ❤️

Welp, since I’m feeling a lot better here’s a redesign of Joe Caffeine’s gender swap, with their name being Karolyne Caffeine! Here’s a sketch of my number #1 favorite Inanimate Insanity character, Taco! A character who, even if malicious in the middle-half of Inanimate Insanity - (Season 2) is still my favorite character in the show! As not only was her arc with Microphone well done, but on top of that—her realizing what really mattered in the end, really made me appreciate and relate to her character a lot more, even if she was far from perfect for a while, they’ve grown, and that’s why I like Taco, personally! >w< ❤️

(Also, their arc just in general was fantastically transitioned from their silly, but hidden serious and manipulative personality in (Season 1), and the one attempting to pull the strings with Microphone in (Season 2) lol.)

Lowkey, I’m considering making ship art of MoFone with Taggy! >w< But regardless, this is one of the many contestants of Object Reality - (Season 1) named MoFone! They’re clearly a parody of MePhone4 and they’re a bit of a joke character for Object Reality - (Season 1), but regardless I love him for just being himself! >:P ❤️

Welp, since I haven’t really drawn anything as of recently (but I have… for the most part been feeling better, so… there’s that—) here’s some concept art of Crystal! A scrapped, planned (Season 2) contestant of Object Reality! They’re non-verbal, similar to Teardrop and they use sign language to communicate a lot of the time! They were originally a contestant for a conceptualized second season of Joe Caffeine’s show, but… I dropped that idea and am instead making them a Fortune Teller in New Bulk City! :3 ❤️

(I haven’t exactly written a proper personality for them yet, but… I like em’ regardless! -w-)

This is mostly a joke, I’m just saying—some people take Object Shows way too seriously these days honestly. You can’t say you like a character who’s controversial or complex nowadays without someone acting like you like Jeffrey Dahmer or something like that. 💀

(On a real note though, TPOT 24 was PEAK- I loved it! 🥹✌️)

Welp, since I’m still kind of in the thick of it (I’m being serious—) at the moment in regards to having motivation to draw more, here’s an old sketch I’m really proud of! ^-^ ❤️

(Anyways, uh… yeah, I’m going to be honest—I may only post old art for a little bit, only cause I’m unmotivated atm, mostly due to depression. :/)

I’m just going to be completely upfront and honest when I say, I know how corny this post looks from the start. But, if you’ll give me a few minutes to talk—I promise you it’ll make sense!

But anyways, I (like many of the other fans here-) grew up with the Meta Era of Sonic the Hedgehog. My first Sonic game was “technically” Sonic Rush: Adventure, but if we’re talking about games I remember actually playing, it’s Sonic Colors for the Nintendo Wii. And to be completely honest, even if I prefer the way Sonic’s written now, as compared to the Meta Era’s way of handling Sonic’s characterization—I still genuinely love that game, and I used to play it all the time at my Grandma’s house on her Wii when I was younger! As both the music, the gameplay, the story, and the upbeat vibes all came together to create one of my favorite Sonic games of the 2010’s! (Even if some will disagree with me, I still wholeheartedly love this game in spite of it’s flaws—)

But regardless, later on sometime in I want to say 2014, I would end up playing Shadow the Hedgehog for the GameCube. And even if that game is… ehhh in terms of quality, the music, the (albeit very edgy and over the top dialogue—) and the intro cutscene all added up to create an incredibly repayable experience for me. I didn’t beat the game until many, MANY years later due to well—me not understanding how the gameplay worked as a kid, but regardless it’s still a Sonic game I look back on fondly, even if I know it’s mediocre, I still loved it for it’s edginess, and over the top (and honestly silly—) dialogue.

Then, sometime in 2016–I would end up getting the Xbox 360 with a copy of both Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis Collection and Sonic Generations, and I loved both of them dearly, especially Sonic Generations! (Honestly, apart from Sonic Colors—Sonic Generations is probably my favorite of the 2010’s if we’re talking about 3D entries—) As not only was I able to play the Classic Sonic games from the 90’s on modern hardware, but on top of that, I got to play one of the best Sonic games of the time! (I think I also played Sonic the Fighters during this time too—)

After that, I’d end up seeing an announcement for Sonic Mania—and I was HOOKED by the teaser trailer, or the announcement trailer. And believe me when I tell you, when I first booted up the game and played it for myself, it became my 2nd favorite game of ALL time! Everything from the music, to the gameplay, to the sprite work, all of it really pulled me into wanting to know more about Sonic the Hedgehog as a franchise, and that’s when I began to dig into both Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 on my old HP Laptop. 💀 (And I ended up loving those too!)

Then, in June of 2017 I played Sonic Riders also on the GameCube, and I believe sometime in early 2018 I played Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) and even in spite of it’s many, MANY bugs, I also loved it too! (I know, sue me—I know I have bad taste—I loved the music though!) Then, in 2018 I’d end up getting Sonic Unleashed with an Xbox Series S for Christmas, and I ended up loving the gameplay of both the day and night levels there too!

And since then—that’s when I became what people call a “hardcore” Sonic fan. However, even if I have my preference of being both an Adventure and Dark Age fan “technically”, I still love ALL eras of Sonic for the simple fact that—well, no matter how bad some eras are (like the Sonic Boom era—I know it had a FANTASTIC TV show, but I mean in terms of overall game quality—) Sonic is a key reminder and anchor to me, in the sense that he never, ever, gives up no matter how bad or mismanaged things get! And I think that’s why he’s so relatable, at least to me. I was bullied a lot growing up for being a Sonic fan, but… in retrospect, me being “bullied” and using Sonic as an anchor to keep me grounded in reality was one of the smartest decisions of my life! As no matter how depressed, or down I get—I know Sonic will always be there to remind me of just how important living in the moment is, and honestly, without him, I wouldn’t have been inspired to create my own object character many years later! ^w^

(Anyways, I’m sorry for my yap session—but essentially, all I’m saying is that I love Sonic for the spirit he emanates, a presence of justice, courage, and the power of not giving up on yourself! >:) ❤️ And I just wanted to say, thank you SEGA and Sonic Team, for providing me a world and characters I know I can always escape to when I feel down, or lonely in my own thoughts! ^-^)

Welp, since I’m about to go back to sleep, here’s a new character who’s plays a pivotal role in Joe Caffeine’s story, and their name is Heartly the Magician! ❤️ Their backstory is that they are a magician who does tours all across the Objectivial Plane (or the universe Joe’s world takes place in—), and whilst performing a show in New Bulk City, they happen to stumble across Joe Caffeine’s coffee shop or the ‘Caffeine Quickie!’ and they… well, grow a pretty large amount of fondness for him, even if he doesn’t know of her existence. 💀

But essentially, they’re a flirty, yandere kind of character who in Joe’s story (at least in the first entry, or planned game—) is the primary pop-up shop for Joe to upgrade his abilities in stopping Espresso Bitterfield (a future antagonist I plan on sharing eventually—) from taking over the world, and creating a monopoly around coffee, just in general. But, in game—Joe absolutely finds her obnoxious, and only creates an alliance with her as it’s necessary to save the world. So, when he interacts with her—it’s treated (rightfully-) as a very awkward and or creepy interaction. As she happens to be touring across the plane, Joe only shows up throughout his journey, as a necessity, not cause he likes her—at all. Also, similar to Cherry Winestein, she has a British accent, but different from her she has a very flirty, clingy personality and she has a hard time taking no as an answer!

(Anyways, here’s a fun fact about her—it’s that she wears a wig—cause she’s incredibly insecure of her actual baldness. 💀 And yes, she does have Vectorman ahh hands.)

Aight, since I’m about to go to bed—here’s another (OC x Canon!) sketch featuring Files (their nickname is Floe—) and Two! As for Files’ personality they’re kind of like the straight man who’s a good listener, and very logical—but they tend to make files for every person they meet, as they themselves want to make sure they don’t forget the people they’ve met over the years.

(Anyways, uh… here’s a fun fact about Files! They’re the roommate of Joe Caffeine (another OC I have—) and they’re the ones managing the finances, bills, and all of the backend of Joe’s business. I like to think they have a Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck dynamic in the sense that one takes things far less seriously than the other, but they’re still friends at the end of the day! ^_^)

Okie doke, welp—whilst I may be struggling with depression today… I do at least want to share a BFDI (AU!) of my OC. As… in the Battle for Dream Island universe, he goes by Joe (without a last name to fit with the rest of the cast—), and his backstory is that in BFDIA, he was a recommended character who unfortunately wasn’t chosen or voted for enough to join the game, so… during BFDIA he is trapped in the LOL with all of the other failed debuters. But, regardless… in IDFB he gets freed from the LOL via TB’s wall teleporter, and he still ends up competing on both BFB and TPOT.

Now, as for his personality in the BFDI universe? Welp… he’s a rather fidgety, nervous, and twitchy individual who tends to have a very self-doubting personality. I like to compare him to Luigi in terms of personality—but he does know when he needs to get serious, and stand for what’s right! It’s just, during BFDIA and before IDFB being in the LOL, and keeping to himself amongst the rest of the chaos exacerbated his symptoms, so that’s why he is the way he is later on in both IDFB, BFB, and him leaving for TPOT.

But regardless… as for why I decided to send an image of an OC x Canon sketch, welp… it’s cause I’m incredibly alone, and love Liy as a character, to a point to where I came up with my own fanmade episode of IDFB to where in IDFB 7-11 both Liy and Joe are free, and Liy decides to ask Joe to go on an adventure with her, so he does… due to his people pleasing personality. -w- And also in this universe he does not have super speed, for… well, obvious reasons lmao. 💀

(Anyways as for another fun fact about Joe both in his canon, and his BFDI (AU!) is that his coffee can either warm up, cool down, boil, or even steam up depending on his current emotional state! So for example, if Joe’s happy, he’s warmed up, if he’s sad or depressed, he’s cold, or even ice cold, if he’s angry he boils up, and if he’s flustered he steams up! And he’s room temperature when he’s neutral, obviously lmao.)

But anyways, sorry for my yap fest—just wanted to share an (AU!) I came up with for Joe, that’s all! ^^;

Welp, since I’m tired and am about to go to sleep—I may as well share some information about two of my other OC’s that are in the same universe as both Joe Caffeine and Cherry Winestein! Their names are Berry Bowler and Pim Striker, and whilst I haven’t written personalities for both of them just yet, they do both have New York accents! :) ❤️

(And yes, canonically, they are a couple! :D)

Genuinely, yall have been really chill to me in regards to both my art- and my opinions on certain things both related to Battle For Dream Island and also the ships I enjoy, or takes that I have. And... tbf- I just wanted to say, thank you for being so awesome towards me. I was a little worried to join Reddit, just cause- well... I've heard stories, but now that I'm apart of the community, I see how cool and chill all of y'all are! :) ❤️
