Are wool skirts usually too warm for SF?

I collect vintage maxi wool / wool blend skirts and I'm planning to move to SF soon, I'm just worried I'll never get to use them. 😞I know SF isn't aways the hottest, but is it cool enough a lot of the time to wear that kind of fabric in a skirt?

Could you tell me what it's like to be a librarian in large cities?

Like what kind of librarian are you, what your average day looks like, how it is, do you like it usually? What kind of personality you think fits it best and how does being a librarian in a large city (like San Francisco) compare to small towns. Is it difficult to get a librarian job in cities due to competition?

I collect vintage seersucker and I hardly ever find flowy seersucker maxi skirts like this, especially in my size. Most I come across especially in physical stores are like maxi pencil skirts. I love this one so much, it's so comfortable. This is by margaret godfrey bagatelle. (honestly though my height might make it basically a midi to my ankles, but I swear it's meant to be a maxi :p )

Edit: Also, guys, it IS a lightweight seersucker (lines of seersucker) and not a wool plaid omg I'm sorry my picture doesn't focus well from a distance on details https://imgur.com/a/5mj9OhV
