I want to create a cobblestone effect around the side to create risers. Has anyone ever used Millie put on XPS foam? If so, what was your experience?

I am a M55 and I’ve been practicing Yoga for slightly over ten years. Initially it was through a small gym I was part of. Later I took classes with LA Fitness. My early teachers were far better than at the big box gym.
When I began talking Classes at Yoga Six I was introduced to Hot Yoga. Needless to say my clothes were soaked to varying degrees. I now also practice at a second studio that makes Y6 seem mild by comparison.
I recently started rinsing my clothes in the bathroom after class in the sink. By soaking then wringing them out the sweat smell is heavily reduced.
I usually wrap inside my less sweaty ‘hand towel’. I hang them to dry in my bathroom at home to dry somewhat over night. My bathroom smells far less of sweat in the morning.

I was doing a bit of spring cleaning (technically it’s not summer yet), and found these in an old bin. I started flipping through the pages & a wave of nostalgia hit me.
When the game originally came out, our gaming group dived in. The 54mm models were definitely different. The terrain we whipped out in short order was all very industrial.
The epic battles we simulated were top notch due to a very GM minded friend.
Now I gotta see if I still have some of those “minis”!

Today I’m administering the Final Exam for World History. A student that is failing & seemingly always late had his phone out.
I ask him hand it over and he refuses. At my school we have DSO’s pick them up for insubordination. In this case I consider it cheating as well.
So mom calls after I called dad & explained everything.
She starts asking if he can make up the test? Can he turn in late work? Won’t this impact his grade?
I patiently explain he has been failing all semester. That he a chronically tardy student. Even if he passed the final he would not pass the class.
“Okay, I’ll talk to him”

Since my recent(ish) divorce my mental health has spiraled. My puppy saved me from endless depression. And now he’s sick. (I’m crying as I type this). Anything you could give would be great appreciated. Thank you in advance for all your support.

For context about 10 years ago, I took up mountain biking and dropped 20 pounds. I was a good 200 pounds and got down to 180. I liked it!
Last couple of years, I’ve been doing hot yoga and it’s been really good for my back pain. Unfortunately, I’ve continued to lose weight and I was hovering around 165. Part of this is due to my hectic schedule. I make a protein shake because I go to work. I leave the house at 5:40 in the morning. My lunches have tended to be leftovers from the previous dinner.
Have any of you men needed to put on weight? I need to get back to putting away about 2000 calories.
Any tips or suggestions?
