A fat marmot eating an apple at Palouse Falls

Even though we were told not to feed them a lady kept given them green apples. They were practically trying to climb the fence to get them from her.

The worker did catch her and told her not to, and that this is exactly what he talked about when he greeted them at the entrance. She continued once he walked away.

No wonder they're so fat. All the sugary food. I bet that apple has more sugar that it would ever get in the wild.

Cat will only pee inside the Litter Robot

We been to the vet. She has diabetes. She gets shots every day for her diabetes.

She had a UTI last November and she was given medication for it. She was also switched to wet food to help break up a stone. This was last November too.

Been to the vet for this issue and they found nothing wrong.

She had been using the litter robot fine since January.

Now she will only pee in the litter box and jump out to poop right in front of it. Every single day I come home to poop on the floor even though I get notifications that she used the robot. This had been going on for 4 weeks now and I'm getting to my breaking point. My apt smells because she just poops everywhere.

I clean the box outside with bleach and soap and put in a new filter.

I got a 2nd normal littler box and she will use it. Sometime she will miss and get it on the plastice liner. She never buries her poop.

The male cat has zero issues using the litter box.

Does she just hate pooping in the robot now? Any advice?

Why does our police eat up so much of the City's budget?

What is our police force doing with 40% of the budget? Is it worth it?

I wasn't expecting Neighborhood, Housing, and Human Services to only get 2.0% and Community & Economic Development gets only 2.2%.

Surely the police can spare some budget for other thing right?

Is there a way to contact the devs?

I thought they had a website or a portal to report issues. I was wrong.

I can't find anything. I know it's a two man operation, but they have to have some way right?

What are the chances variegation returns?

These two plants lost varigation because they were growing under low light. I moved them closer in hopes they return.

Does variegation return or is it lost forever?

These are Macrorrhiza variegata.

First time seeing Pelicans at Turnbull.

Where are they migrating to or from? I honestly thought all pelicans stay near the coast.

We should get a wildlife flair for the sub. :)

Please don't dump your cigarette butts on the ground.

Someone decided to dump their butts out on the car path in Turnbull.

You could've dumped them in the trash cans near every restroom.

I did pick them up for you.

We should be taking care of nature.

I want to grow a large alocasia outside in a pot but I'm trying to determine if its worth storing the rhizome every winter.

I don't have space indoors so I would have to chop the plant back to winter the rhizome and start over every winter.

Just looking to add more plants outside my apartment.
