You Pull I Heal

You Pull I Heal

Made this to convey my complex feelings regarding a topic in another sub, but I spent 15 minutes on it and that's 15 minutes too much so I need to get my mileage out of this thing.

No I didn't buy the game, Yes I want the in-game rewards. It's an unoptimized game they should just give me it for free.

People defending this is beyond saving, and should be treated as such

I don't care how cheap it is to get, I don't want to pay for this unoptimized game and then some. I want free shit, I expect free shit.

I DON'T CARE HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO DEVELOP, it's their job, not mine. (They don't even develop the game ffs they outsource most of it)

Don't get into an argument with these people, you can't win them over with logic or sense. They're a lost cause.

We NEED to NUKE Sweden until Narrowhead LEARNS.

Tell me. For whom do you fight?

Hmph! How very glib. And do you believe in the Winterers?? The Winterers' unity is forged of falsehoods. Its organizations are built on deceit. And its salvation is an instrument of deception.

It is naught but a cobweb of lies. To believe in the Winterers is to believe in nothing. In the world unsundered, the ancients summoned a god to save them in their stead--though your organization doesn't attempt in kind. Which is strange, is it not?

Is "Zodiark" otherwise engaged? I was given to understand they were your protector. If you truly believe them your guardian, why do you not repeat the trick that served you so well at the Final Days and call them down? They will answer--so long as you lavish them with half of all lives and gorge them on half of the remaining lives. Your god is no different than those of the sundered--primals every one. Accept but this, and you will see how the Ascians' goal is bleeding the world dry.

Nor is this unknown to your Convocation. Which prompts the question: Why do they cling to this false deity? What drives even men of pragmatism--even the great Emet Selch--to grovel at their feet? The answer? Your convocation lacks the strength to do otherwise! For the world of man to mean anything, man must own the world. To this end, he hath fought ever to raise himself through combat--to grow rich through biting the enemy's jugular. And when the dust of battle settles, is it ever the strong who dictate the fate of the planet.

Knowing this, but a single path is open to the impotent savior--that of false worship. A path which leads to enervation and death. Only a man of power can rightly steer the course of the worlds asundered. And in this world of creeping mendacity, that one truth will prove its salvation.

Come, Halmarut, face me! Your defeat shall serve as proof of my readiness to save humanity! It is only right that I should take your agency. For none among you has the power to stop me!

I think it would be cool if they added the Magun from Final Fantasy Unlimited to FF14 so we can make Summoners look even more pathetic. Imagine only being able to summon 3 little mimics when you can summon the real deal. With a gun. All 12 of them.

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Azem The Empathetic? I thought not. It’s not a story the Ascians would tell you. It’s a Warrior of Light legend. Azem was a member of the convocation, so powerful and so wise he could use sheer will to influence the world asundered to protect life… He had such a knowledge of the indomitable human spirit that he could even keep the Warrior of Light from succumbing to absolute despair. The Seat of Azem is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his friends, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he didn't have a space ship to fly to the far ends of the universe so he could fight despair itself and prevent his friends from summoning the first primals in a desperate attempt to save something of this world. Ironic. He could save humanity asundered from their demise, but not his world unsundered.

They think they're not a fringe sub, but they're full of people who supposedly quit Helldivers 2 already, months ago, but crawl back from the depths just to whine about a game they don't even play. What's their logic here? What am I missing? Why would the devs cater to non-customers?
