Loading Screen mod suited for GTA V Family Friendly Free Roaming mod?

Hi community,

yesterday I installed GTA V Family Friendly Free Roaming mod because my son wanted a game where he can drive around in a car, but he's too young for any violence or even injuries and crashes. The mod works great. But when we loaded the game there were still those guys with weapons. I'd like to change that, too and I think that should even be part of the default config of the mod.

Do you have any recommendations for a loading screen mod that suits my need? Ideally it would just show landscape views of the game or even just unicolor screens.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

As a sidenote: I'm playing on Linux. But the FFFR-mod works without any issues in the single player. Just in case this information is relevant for the loading screen mod.

Help with this German cache? GC3C0FW

Hi folks. Can somebody please help with this cache? The descriptions are in German. I'm stuck at stage 2. I found the markings on the attached pictures at stage 2. But I can't figure out how to find stage 3. I have an idea where the stage could be but I want to verify the coordinates before advancing. Can someone please help? If you have questions please send a reply so I can answer the questions.

Help me find a structure for my project

Dear fellow home labbers,

r/homelab couldn't help unfortunately. All my hopes lie in you.

I'm unsure of how to start my project and I hope you can help me by pushing me in the right direction. I have a Ugreen 4800 DXP NAS running Proxmox with 32 GB RAM and 2x 4 TB HDDs. I want to install various services but I'm not sure how to structure the whole system. Which of the services should run on their own VMs, which ones should run in seperate containers. Which interfaces do I need between the services to still maintain the necessary security. I don't expect in-detail explanations. But hopefully you can help me figure out the basic structure for my system.

I'm currently running a Synology NAS with Jellyfin and a Raspberry Pi running Nextcloud und Netbird. Also another Raspberry Pi running PiHole. I want to consolidate most of these things onto my Ugreen NAS.

I want to run the following things (and maybe more to come):

  1. OMV or TrueNAS to manage the files for my services.
  2. Nextcloud
  3. Jellyfin
  4. Teddycloud
  5. PiHole
  6. Home Assistant (only basic tasks like reading data from my solar inverters and displaying it on a little screen)

2-4 should use folders which are managed inside OMV or TrueNAS so I can benefit from RAID and Data Scrubbing. Also hopefully easy backups of the files because there's only one place for all the files inside OMV/TrueNAS and not scattered over all of the services.

Some of the services I want to access from outside my home network (maybe through Netbird VPN or reverse proxy?). Some should be only accessible locally. I'm not sure yet which ones I want to access remotely.

Energy consumption is one of my concerns, too. I read that TrueNAS uses a lot more ressources compared to OMV and thus uses more power. Is this correct?

Any help and tips will be highly appreciated. Cheers!

Waschmaschine Tipps zum Kohlentausch mit kleiner Luke? Rückwanddemontage wie?

Liebe Community,

Alternativ to Spigen phone cases

Does somebody have a good alternative to Spigen phone cases? The last cases I had were the Spigen Liquid Air. I love that it cushions the corners very well without adding too much bulk and also it keeps some distance for the screen when put on the table face down.

Can someone please give me an alternative that works similarly? I need it for a Samsung Galaxy S24. Ideally available at German shops. Ordering from a different EU country would probably work, too.

Can't stack a straight pyramid with this toilet paper

These rolls of toilet paper have been cut to different heights and I can't stack them to a pyramid without sorting the rolls by height.
