AZ-400 or SC-500? But I'm a cloud n00b

Hi guys...

I'm seeking your wise advice, as, as the title says, I'm a cloud noob. I'm an AWS Associate Architect and I also have the AZ-104 certification, with one year of experience in a job related to cloud, but to be honest, my experience with the console and cloud resources has been very limited.

I'm interested in taking the AZ-400 certification since I see there are many job openings for this role, but I find it somewhat overwhelming in that it requires knowledge of many technologies (IaC, Git, Kubernetes), which I don't possess. This could make the learning curve very long and make it difficult to achieve certification.

My other option is the SC-500. I've looked at the learning path and it seems much more manageable in terms of requirements, but it's in beta and I don't think I'll find much study material beyond what Microsoft provides.

As cloud experts, what do you recommend?

Is my prostate the problem?

Hello...

I've been dealing with PE problems for a few years now, in my middle age. I didn't have them when I was younger, but now I do. I have to have sex very slowly for the first orgasm, and although I can increase the intensity for the second act, I think I still have a lot to improve since I would like to have sex with much more intensity and speed.

I've practiced Kegel exercises, including reverse Kegels. I had a two-month period where I only did reverse Kegels, to the point that I lost my morning erections and my urge to masturbate or watch pornography dropped to zero. Nothing that 15 days of regular Kegels couldn't fix. I've been doing Kegel exercises for 15 days now, both reverse and regular, and my libido feels good.

Although I've improved, I don't feel like I'm at my sexual best. Something I've noticed recently is that I feel a lot of the pleasure I experience comes from my prostate. When I watch pornography, I press on my lower abdomen, and the pleasure starts immediately. The more I press, the closer I get to orgasm. If I need to urinate, the pleasure is even more immediate. If I don't do it this way, my ejaculation is slow, very uncomfortable, and not very pleasurable.

I've tried to quit pornography, but I always relapse. I've practiced diaphragmatic breathing to bring air to my lower abdomen and relieve the pressure I feel in my prostate. I also masturbate (8 hours previously or more) before any sexual encounter and try to urinate a few minutes beforehand so I don't feel my bladder pressing on my prostate.

As additional information, when I ejaculate I tend to feel very, very tired. It doesn't always happen, but most of the time, as if I hadn't slept the night before after an exhausting day. I don't know if it's POIS Syndrome

I think my prostate is enlarged, but I don't have any symptoms, apart from a few drops that don't come out when I urinate but do when I sit down.

Am I doing something wrong? How can I improve this? Thank you for your advice.

(P.S.: I don't have access to medical care at the moment)
