I think they saw the discussion about this online and decided to update the image to clear the confusion?

In case you didn't know, the Switch version of Metal Gear Solid 1 in the Master Collection is really interesting because the devs had to replace all the original voice lines that mention the PlayStation button prompts, and it sounds like official YTP.

The Nintendo Switch version of MGS1 in Master Collection Vol. 1 is unique. Due to Nintendo's strict policy against mentioning button names from other consoles, developers had to edit the control-related codec calls audio by using sentence mixing. On the other platforms (Steam/PS4・PS5/Xbox Series X|S), the audio remained unaltered.

Before the Ver.3.0.0 update, any voiced lines in the Switch version that mentioned PlayStation buttons were completely muted, causing many players thought it was a bug.

After the update, Konami replaced those silent sections with different audio, or just removed them and added extra lines to keep the dialogue audio length consistent.

This video showcases all of the differences and comparisons.

It seems like Konami has started sponsoring content creators to showcase Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2, and they indeed asked the voice actors to come back and re-record some lines about the button controls.

It's been quite a while since the last sponsor livestream for the Japanese version, and now we can finally take a look at longer English gameplay footage of the MGS4 port. In the PS3 version, Otacon said "START button menu," but here he says "Pause button menu". So they indeed asked the voice actors to come back and re-record some lines about the button controls.

Probably how AVGN would react to the news that Sony is ending PlayStation physical game disc production & PS6. (Parody Video)

This is probably how Angry Video Game Nerd would react to the news that Sony is ending PlayStation physical game disc production, and the possible PlayStation 6 in the future.

After the awful announcement came out from Sony, I already had this idea to edit.

Ever wonder which city the original Japanese version of Ace Attorney takes place in? Well, according to the old Ace Attorney Trilogy HD mobile version, apparently it's "逆転県(Turnabout Prefecture/City)"

As you can see the sign on top of the front door can be made out as "逆転県 警察署" in Japanese version and "역전시 경찰서" in Korean version. Since both "Gyakuten(逆転)" & "Yeokjeon(역전)" mean "Turnabout", the name could be translated as "Turnabout Prefecture/City Police Department". Now we know it's a fictional city called "逆転県" in Japan!

In the 3DS and current new PC/consoles/mobile ports, the sign text is gone. I think this is an oversight from the old Ace Attorney Trilogy HD mobile port. The DS version had text but is hard to read due to compression. The old mobile port used an uncompressed background, but the devs overlooked the text.

It still baffles me that the Xbox Live Arcade version of Metal Slug XX is a much better port than the PS4/Steam version, especially after learning that the PS4/Steam port is just the PSP version running on Sony’s PSPHD emulator.

https://www.reddit.com/r/metalslug/comments/1fxtsc4/the_best_version_of_each_metal_slug_to_play/

So apparently the PS4/Steam port uses Europe version of Metal Slug XX PSP ISO rom & high-res texture replacements, feels like isn't much so different from just using a texture pack on PPSSPP emulator.

The Xbox version feels like a true remaster of Metal Slug XX instead. Did they lose the Xbox build? lol
