Almost 4 weeks, only blobbing and no pinning

New to the hobby, I use to low stir 24/24 my lc and and yet a layer has formed on top

My first harvest, why those big blobs?

I’m new to this hobby and I’ve been wondering whether my mycelium looks healthy. I’ve been experimenting with grain spawn, liquid culture, and agar, and I’d really appreciate some feedback thanks!

Im doing liquid colture for my first time. Is this grey mass contamination? I used a 2/3ml of lc syringe to inoculate the jar
