Will walking up and down my apartment help me lose weight?

It's very hot where I live at the moment, and I'm not a very outdorsy person to begin with. I want to increase my step count, but not have to spend hours outside. I cannot afford a treadmill, so I was thinking of trying to just do my walks indoors. I would have to walk around my table, or up and down my living room. My place is not very big. Has anyone tried this? Will it help me lose weight? Also, could all those stops and turns be bad for my feet? Thank you.

21 day fix vs 21 day fix real time vs 21 day fix superblock?

I want to do the 21 day fixes. I was wondering if there’s a difference in terms of difficulty between them? If not, I’ll probably start with the original. Thanks.
