Hi everyone. Almost 1 year na akong naghahanap ng work, and believe me, ang hirap talaga maghanap ng trabaho ngayon.

My background is mostly in FinTech, particularly in Product Owner, Product Management, and Product Supervisor roles. I've been applying consistently, pero hanggang ngayon, hirap pa rin makahanap ng opportunity.

I just want to ask for some advice from people who might be in the same situation:
Need ko na ba mag consider ng career change, or should I continue pursuing roles related to my experience?

May hope pa ba sa current job market, especially for people with a FinTech/Product background? Or is it better to broaden my career path and consider other roles?

Would really appreciate any advice, experiences, or insights. Salamat!

Medyo nahihirapan kasi akong maghanap ng work. Ang daming job postings sa LinkedIn at JobStreet, pero karamihan parang ghost listings or minsan mukhang scam, tapos bihira rin ang responses kahit qualified naman.

Sa mga HR, recruiters, or professionals dito, kumusta na ba ang hiring sa fintech? Mahirap lang ba talaga ang market ngayon, or may mga companies pa rin na actively hiring?

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to ask if may mga HR or people working in fintech/banking tech here na may idea if may openings ngayon for roles like Product Manager, Project Manager, or anything related sa systems, digital platforms, or process improvement.

My experience is mostly in financial services and tech side, handling projects, system rollouts, coordination with different teams, and improving processes. Medyo exposed din sa digital banking and backend systems.
