I really want to pick one of these up but my provider is Verizon. I see the unlocked version on Amazon currently on sale and am really tempted to grab one. Does anyone have this phone working on Verizon in the US?
Just came back from a road trip to visit family. Solo 1300 miles each way as a 2 year carnivore. No issues on the way down. Tried to balance fat and cheese kind of bind myself up. Week long vacation at a house so I was able to cook meat and eggs for food. There were some minor slip ups but no major cheats or anything. Second day of the return trip home, well, that's when it all fell apart on me. It just felt off. Probably had a bit too much fat the last few days and the balance was off. I found myself down an embankment in the bushes on a back road off the highway with what we all have experienced before, that huge explosion. I was extremely lucky because there was no holding this back, and I had a rental car. I had to stop at least 3 more times which luckily happened at rest stops or gas stations.
This has happened to me 2 other times in the 2 years I have been carnivore. I do not travel a lot, but when I do, it's almost always by car. Can anyone offer any advice or help me dial this in more to prevent this from happening?
My diet is bacon, eggs, cheese, fatty meat, and some meat sticks and pork rinds usually. Chicken makes an appearance on occasion just to change it up a little. Not much pork or fish as I don't really care for that. I am cutting the pork rinds and cheese as of yesterday. I think both of these might be causing me issues.
My slip ups on vacation - brother in law used marinade and seasoning for skirt steak and chicken breasts he grilled. I accidentally purchased Kerrygold with olive oil in it and used about 3/4 of it over the week. Ate out 2 times, Canadian bacon as a meal at one place, ribeye with some sort of 5 cheese dipping sauce and candied bacon at the other. Tried 3 different brands of pork rinds but they were all 2 ingredients. Tried 3 different brands of cheese sticks.
This has affected my mental health quite a bit now. I have found myself packing an extra set of clothes, toilet paper, and rags and some cleaner because just in case. Most trips are pretty short like 4 hours so I am usually ok. Feels like the anxiety of the whole thing is making it worse and making me have to go because I am constantly thinking about it. Probably sounds absolutely ridiculous, until you are faced with this situation not once, but 3 times now.
Any tips to prevent further incidents?
Currently early morning riding in SW Florida. My Tifosi photochromatic glasses are absolutely worthless down here. As soon as you walk outside, they fog up and remain that way. I prefer to always ride with eye protection so I need to figure this out. What are you all using to be able to keep your lenses clean and usable?
I reserved an elite luxury vehicle, Audi A5 sport back or similar over a week ago. Pick it up today, they don't have that class, I'm told. Really disappointed because the rental Hyundai Sonata I ended up in is a far scream from an Audi or similar.

Rep told me that when I get to my destination, I may be able to switch vehicles and drive that back instead of the Hyundai. What is the likelihood of that being an option? Dependant on the store? Obviously if they have something else, I could pay and switch, but is this something that happens often?
I traveled to a different time zone yesterday and was wondering if this will auto change to the current zone? I went from EDT -> CDT so only an hour. I left it by the window overnight and was outside for several hours yesterday.
I have taken this off to go to sleep and to shower, and that's it. I am just absolutely in love with this watch that my Dad gave me and I had repaired. My other Citizen is just sitting there feeling left out.
