For the non alien stage fans here: MiziSua is a very toxic, codependent relationship between Mizi and Sua. Mizi is usually the "controlling" one. Sua is very obsessive and would do anything to not be apart from Mizi. A key distinction here is that Sua doesn't care about mizi as much as herself. as long as she can be with mizi she is fine.
Now, how does it relate to fruitcake? we see how obsessive sprout is of cosmo. The clip in Sprout's map shows how he is expected to be friends with Cosmo and didn't organically develop a friendship with him. He should be like Sua, obsessive because he hangs out with cosmo so much. I can see Cosmo as Mizi, since he is kind like Mizi is but also can be written as controling with my personal hc being he does because he doesn't like being a common (ik hes a kind baker)
