Is Owning a Landed House just a fantasy now?

Me and my girl are getting married this year. Both are working with a 3k+ salary in Selangor. We don't plan to be consumed by FOMO and just buy a house literally after our marriage.

But just looking at the current market here, all we can afford is a condo unit (mainly Rumah Selangor). All current landed options are either overpriced (IMO) or just so small.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with living in a condo even despite hearing horror stories from co-workers about management, lift traffic, maintenance, etc. But we would've preferred to have our own small plot of land for us to live and call home. Where we can renovate without worries of management and such.

We did try to look at subsales around here but most of them require so much work to do. Kitchen needs cleaning, roofing needs fixing, toilet, by Allah's 99 names, I don't even know what the previous owners or renters did to them.

Anyways, that's just my thoughts on the current house market. Just stuck on the idea whether we can even afford a landed anymore.

Why???

Was clearing out my SD card for my dashcam. Video was from months ago. No, the Axia didn't stop at all to talk with the bus driver. Just went on like nothing happened. I'm just perplexed why these types of drivers exist in the first place.

[Discussion] How much should I charge for my commissions?

Economy's not doing good right now, and my job isn't paying me well enough for me to live monthly. So I'm planning to open commissions next month. But I'm still wondering how much I should charge for my art since I haven't done commissions since 2018 and that's through gig sites. Adding the fact that my commissions that time were very low (like 10$-25$) as well art level back then isn't the same as it is now(based on the drawings given).

I don't want to overcharge nor do I want to undercharge my art. So I hope you guys can help.

PS: Most of the arts shown are drawn for my personal projects or when I'm practicing my art. Also, yes, I know that I shouldn't take more commissions than I can chew. 2-3 commissions is my limit for now.
