Imagine you found a vintage pre-production prototype Nike windbreaker from the run-up to the Barcelona Olympics...

Maybe a friend of a Nike-worker friend passed it down and it's in NM condition...

I cannot find the colorway anywhere online so far, not even close. This is the Olympic colorway. Other jackets of this type seem to be selling for $40-150, but Mr. Aye Eye says we have something really unique on our hands, like a piece of history.

How do we find out what this is worth, and where do we sell it?

Anyway, I'm looking to retire off this, so the more info the better. (j/k)

The Mayor basically got ratioed in his AMA yesterday

I missed out on it somehow. Would have loved to have asked one of the hundreds of unanswered questions.

I certainly wasn’t crazy about the fact that he told us in his intro that he’d never be back. And there were so many good questions! He’s really got to start coming up with some answers.

Also, through comments in that AMA, I learned we are not allowed public comment in council meetings except for once a month. What the heck is that about?

Does anybody know where I can find a bar to watch sports at in this town?

There’s hardly anywhere with a tv on every wall blaring whatever Seattle-centric nationwide sportball is currently in season. I can basically go nowhere to see sports on tv and it’s depressing.

[It may be obvious that I am collecting a list of places to avoid.]

Finally got my first cold sore at 47…

From my awesome boyfriend who i love.

I’m not mad at him— these things happen! And i told him it’s way better to get it from someone i love, unlike when i was 15 and got it “down there”from a 22yo who was statutorily raping me.

Ahh, the nineties.

Recommendations for camp chairs with cup holders on both arms?

I got absolutely roasted in r/ camping for even asking this question.

I’m left-handed and would like to find a chair with a cup holder on the left-hand side. I realize that “left-handed chairs” are not really a thing, so I am looking for a camp chair with both-sides cup holders.

Unhelpful replies include:

“You’re an adult now, suck it up and deal with it.”

“Use the cup holder of the person next to you.”

“Bring a small table.”

“This is a first-world problem.”

Etc. I am only looking for a camp chair with 2 cup holders, not life advice.

If you know of any that are the good-quality kind, not the cheapy drugstore kind, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Left-handed camp chairs?

Went out car camping in Oregon this weekend. Beautiful spot, perfect weather, everybody having a good ol’ time, no biting flies… and sitting around the fire, I kept trying to put my drink down in my Kelty Lowdown chair and finding no cup holder! So my cup was on the ground lots of times during the hang! So annoying!

I looked online and found that almost all of the nicer camp chairs are right-handed. It seems like only the cheap chairs have cup holders on both sides, but only the $200+ chairs have removable cup holders you can put on either side, and, gosh, while chairs are important, I just can’t justify $200. There’s also a Coleman chair with tables on either side, which might be cool… but so bulky!

Please help out us lefties with some suggestions… Lefties have rights, too!
