enough hydrogen for 5 zeppelins (you can't buy for each zeppelin individually but for groups of 5) : 0.25 eco point

Zeppelin blueprints : 5 eco points

hydrogen extraction tools and production sites (in your country) : 2 eco points

LOTS :

1 Zeppelin + hydrogen : 0.5 eco point

3 Zeppelin + hydrogen : 1 eco point

5 Zeppelin + hydrogen : 1.5 eco point

Some nations are eligible to discounts : USA, German empire

Nation that could get eligible if they accept conditions : Russia (if they give up brittany and northern france), Italy (if they give up some land in southern france)

everything will be delivered during turn 17 to UK

reverse engineering the tech is banned and will be used as a casus belli (this applies to any country which buys zepplins that didn't pay 5 economic points for the blueprints)
