is Schneider underpaying me?

I know it's already a shit pay but I need experience. My employment offer was .44 cpm and my paychecks for the past 3 months say .42. maybe another Schneider driver can help me understand.

What am I doing wrong with my 45.

Im a new driver. Every time I set up to do a 45. first, I go about space and a half from where I want to park, then I go right till im facing 12 and then 9 . This is the part where I keep messing up, when I start backing my trailer it either starts going to my blind side or it starts to back towards the trailer/truck on my driver side.

is there something I look for when I start my back or is my setup just wrong from the beginning.

please tell me 3 months is enough.

I thought I could but I can't do this otr bs for .44. I was planning on staying for 6 months to get experience but I don't know if I'm going to last a week. I'm on my first month and it's really discouraging when you do all this and your paychecks barely hit 500.

question to recent dot physical applicants

since the dmv no longer accepts paper dot, how long did it take for your med card to be sent over to dmv?

A little rant: So this new system is supposed to save people a trip to the dmv to update their physical but gives you days worth of headaches. it's been a week and I'm still waiting, have no idea what else to do.

is it useless now?

Got my cdl 4.5 years ago and after trying for a few months i couldn't get a job so I just gave up. I'm not even sure if I'm considered a recent graduate anymore.
