Grades for als just came out. just found out i failed a subj which means im on probation, however the subject i failed is sure to delay me since its a pre-requisite for other subjects. Can i ask other als students how they manage the curriculum, and is overloading a good option or should i just continue on with the curriculum extended a year

Hi someone i know has a hearing for collusion in a few days regarding declaration of nullity of marriage based on psychological incapacity. This person asked their lawyer how to prepare and lawyer simply said "Just tell them wala na kayong communication". I dont think this is ample advice and so how should my friend prepare for this hearing other than the obvious?
