Ready to be in coop/run full time?

I’m not sure exactly how old they are. I attached a photo of the upcoming weather and it is supposed to rain so I was thinking of putting a tarp over their coop to help keep rain out? Temps could get to low 50s at night. A couple do go under their brooder plate every one in a while to nap but they don’t all go under there and they don’t stay under there so I think they might just like sleeping under something.

How old are my chicks

We have them in their outside coop during the day today since it is supposed to hit 90 and I didn’t want them to be too hot in the garage. My question is - how old do you think they are? Should we be keeping them in the top part at night and then just close the coop door so they stay in the stop part? The low tonight is 71 but it’s supposed to storm.

Also, I know they’re still young but any chance there’s a way to tell us any are roosters?

Thank you!

How old do you think my chicks are?

They are Americana breed and I got them from a farm store Monday but no idea how old they are and I’m struggling with the brooder plate. I’m worried it will burn them because the plate itself feels hot but I don’t want to have it up too high and them not feel the warmth. Im going to the store today to see if i can find one that i can control the temperature on
