shawl that keeps you cool and won't break my bank

I have a cheap shawl from Amazon which is nice when I need to wear a dress in the winter and want additional warmth. But this thing is made out of polyester and definitely not for the summer -- I sweat like CRAZY whenever I wear it to cover my arms to go to Mass and the church doesn't have AC. I'd assume linen ones would not make me as overheated, but do you have any specific recs?

[0 YoE, Rising Junior, Industrial Engineering Analyst Internships, USA]

Just wanted to mentioned that the bullet points for this summer's research assistant role is mainly placeholders since I just started the work and don't have enough info to go into detail or quantify my work.

I go to a t10 university and I'm mainly looking into junior summer internships in industrial engineering/supply chain/data analytics-ish internships, and my goal industry would be commercial airlines, but i'm also open to healthcare, logistics, or consumer goods.

The number of people affirming and justifying this is heartbreaking.

Not a rape, not incest, not a child or a broke teenager. A financially stable and fully established adult ends the life her child from a consensual relationship simply because she “didn’t feel ready” and wanted to work on her career, despite the desperate cry of the baby’s father to keep the child. And all the comments are affirming her decision and saying she made the right choice because work is more important than a child any day, trying to numb her conscience that is clearly convicting her, and even accusing her bf of trying to baby-trap her. Lord have mercy.

Does deactivating account and reactivating it leads to me unfollowing people?

I had my account deactivated for 1.5 mos and just reactivated it, and I realized there were a lot of people under "people I don't follow back." (8-9ppl) I was definitely following all of them before deactivating my account. Also I've seen people who would unfollow me to boost their ratio, but I see no reason for them to remove me as a follower while still following me. Has anyone else experienced this bug?

any tips for networking for a firm that doesn't hire a lot from my university?

I'm an industrial engineering student looking into internships in the commercial aviation industry. So far I've been networking with people from airline A because they recruit a lot from my uni/major, and I know a few people who've interned there. I've also cold reached out to alums thru linkedin and they've generally been very willing to help. Airline B, however, doesn't hire a lot from my school and even those who work there are in different type of teams than what I'd be in. From my quick linkedin search, airline B seems to recruit a lot from their local state school because they have a great program for my major as well. Airline A is definitely my first choice, but I'd also love to work for airline B. In this case, what would be a good strategy in terms of networking with people in airline B?
