Reminder: Never access your account via email

I received this email today.

I never click on links to access any accounts, I will always go to the website or apps directly to manage accounts (banking, utilities, retail, etc).

Sharing as a quick reminder of legit these scammer emails can look.

Do you use a Tucky?

I purchased a tucky from Amazon.

Not sure if I used it correctly.

I tucked a button up shirt into the tucky, so the order of my layers was shirt, tucky, jeans, belt.

It did help to tighten the fit of my shirt at my midsection and keep the shirt from bellowing. I cuffed the jeans and wore heels, it was honestly a very cute “casual” office look.

It looked good until I sat down and the tuckey rode up, I had to keep fighting it to stay below my waist line.

I can’t do high rise pants, only mid-rise. Did I wear it wrong or is better under high rise pants?

Any advice is welcome! I’m large chested with a smaller waste shirts are tricky. I want to avoid the tent look but also want a “fitted” vs “tight” look for tops.

Supplement Specifics (brand recs, etc)

There’s a lot of discussion here about which supplements to take but it’s a bit of a needle in a haystack looking for brand recommendations.

My brain fog is so real right now, it feels overwhelming to do the research to know what % of the “active ingredient” is required to be effective and which brands aren’t cutting corners.

I don’t mean the dosage, but brands who include 1% of an ingredient just so they can have it on the label but 3% is needed to be effective at the recommended daily dosage.

I understand that not everyone needs each supplement and there’s more that goes into whether or not a supplement will be effective for someone.

I’m just trying to benefit from someone else ‘s research and experience. Please enable me. I’m literally just a girl who had “strong, independent woman’d” herself into exhaustion while also managing peri. I’m on HRT and have seen improvement in everything except for brain fog.

Thoughts on taking time off?

I’ve been in sales for about 15 years, the past 5 have been in AI tech. The space is overly crowded, everyone is selling the same thing in a diff color.

It feels like the new “race to zero” based on customer expectations but costs are actually increasing. I’ve been killing myself to deliver a mid performance. I’m safe bc leadership likes me, I have a good attitude and a “mid” performance at my company is pretty good comparatively speaking.

I could comfortably take a few months off while I find a new role.

Feels crazy to leave a steady income but feels like if I don’t I’m going to crash out. My concern is that taking the time off will become a red flag during the job search. Reality is it would allow me to knock some things off my to-do list and enjoy a stress free 10 day vacation (already planned) then start a new role when I return.

What would you do in this situation?

Edit to add comments

Thank you for all the feedback and advice. Fortunately I do have decent savings and can take some time off comfortably.

Waiting for vacation feels impossible, it’s 2 months away and every single day I am forcing myself to do every task, show up for every meetings, follow up, etc.

Feels like I’m going to climb out of my skin if I have to go through yet another sales process with no differentiator, mid-to high pricing for the same crap everyone else is selling. It isn’t fair to my team or my company.

Time for a break.

Do decent enterprise vendors still exist?

Any product. Any service.

Looking for a gut check here because asking for:
- an implementation that doesn’t go completely off the rails
- a responsive AE (or even the same AE for more than 6 months)
- support that resolves an issue without weeks of back & forth

..seems about as likely as winning the lottery. Hell I’d even settle for 1 out of 3.
