Will you help me with my first Festival Booth??

Hello! I've decided to step out of my comfort zone and finally do some crochet sales at a festival happening in October in my town.
The problem is, I have no idea what to make!
For those of you that I've had successful booths, what kind of things did you stock in it? What kind of things do people like? I tend to make niche amigurumi, so I don't know what the general public really likes. I've attached some examples of my style and skill level
Thanks in advance!

Stuffie backpack!

I made this for a friend whose daughter is just OBSESSED with her stuffed animal bear. My daughter's tiger was kind enough to do the modeling so I could take a picture before I gave it away :)

The pattern:

I was browsing Etsy for crochet backpack patterns, and there are some beautiful ones on there but most were for people-sized backpacks, so I figured I'd pattern this one myself!

All of these roses were made with the same pattern:

Ch 66
V stitch (dc, ch 3, dc) in the 5th ch from the hook
[Skip 2, v stitch] repeat [] until the end of your chains.

Chain 3, put 8 dc in every v stitch with sc in the stitches between until the end. Cut and tie off losing a long tail for sewing.

I know that's not the most eloquent pattern (and I definitely put more details in my for-sale patterns so please don't judge those off this 😅) but hopefully it is understandable!

Hand made with freehand crochet. The eyes were pop in eyes painted on using acrylics!
