Hi, looking for advise
I bought an agricultural land (approx half acre) in Barona from my maternal aunt (Mausi) and the land apparently has khevat with other family members of her.
Now I recently wanted fence it but my maternal uncle (mama) called me and threatened me that if I do anything on this land he dare I enter my land. If I try to sell it he said I will have to deal with khevat issue if the buyer later gets into trouble due to khevat.

Is it all true? Can he actually not allow me to enter in my own property (maybe goons which I hardly doubt).

What are my options here in case I want to sell it? Can I peacefully sell it without creating any issues with anyone? The real estate agent of course will know what can be the issues that can be caused in cases of joint khevat lands. All I know right now is that no khevat member is causing any issues.

Btw he has no stake/part or anything to do with the land.

PS: he has no share/right on the property. He was just mediator
