What should I do ?

Hi all. I just started playing tennis about 5 months ago. I like tennis, but I have a nervous system issue, so anytime I train with my coach, I forget things easily. He might say something 5 minutes ago, and I can only remember half of what he said. This means that whatever he teaches me last week, I completely forget this week.
But when I play alone or with my family, I remember quite well.

And because of this, I have already changed few coaches. Because I remember nothing, a few of them lost patience and started yelling, which made me forget even more. Some don’t yell, but I can see they lose interest day by day. So they just come and actually just try to feed me balls and that’s it.

I want to ask if any of you have this issue and how to overcome it. (I tried using a meditation app, but it does not work well).

Can I ask if this one is more suitable for beginners or intermediate ?

I’ve been doing ballet for abt 1month now. Be4, I wore Pilates socks, but I just changed to these new socks. Because the sole is not flat like normal socks, I feel a bit unbalanced when I jump, and it also hurts my feet a little.
Should I change back to normal socks, or should I keep using these as a beginner ?
Thanks

Hi . I’m U40 and lately I’ve somehow started really liking tattoos.

I wanted to make sure I actually liked the idea before getting a real one, so I tried henna and also bought some temporary tattoo stickers to put on my arm for a while. And honestly, I kind of love it. When I see the tattoo on my skin, it gives me a really nice feeling. I feel a bit stronger and more confident, which I know might sound weird lol.

Now I’m thinking about getting a real tattoo, but I’m a bit worried about how it will look when I’m older. For people here who are older and have tattoos, do you ever regret it or feel weird about it as your skin changes with age? Like when skin isn’t as tight anymore, does the tattoo start to look strange?

Also, is there such a thing as a short-term tattoo that fades after maybe a year or so? Kind of like eyebrow tattoos/cosmetic tattoos?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for CrossFit training options around the Marine Parade area.

I’ve found CrossFit Unit and CrossFit Kampung, I quite like those places, but both are a bit far from my place.

If anyone knows of any CrossFit gyms, functional fitness classes, or similar training options nearby, I’d really appreciate your recommendations.

Thanks
