Journal you can add to?

The Larp I go to wants to create a book of lore. I know basic bookbinding and leatherworking bit I want to make something everyone can add to.

I thought about a custom case that disguises a 3 ring binder, but I feel like that would still break the immersion. Any ideas?

How to establish a sleep schedule

How to establish a sleep schedule

I work 4 10 hours shifts on a set schedule.

2-midnight, 10p-6a, 2 days off, 6a-4p, 6a-4p, 1 day off. Every time I have to work in the morning I'm not falling asleep until like 3 or 4 despite getting in bed at 10 with no screens because im not tired yet, so im laying there with my mknd running. I end up falling asleep after work on my 6-4 days because I'm exhausted, but it makes it worse.

I don't know how to fix this, and I am actively working towards a career in this company, so I don't want to just up and look for another job. Im one step away from a promotion i really want that will mean a different schedule, but that will be several months, at least, if not a year. Any advice is appreciated.

If I go to bed at like 8 on my days off, I'll usually fall asleep quickly but wake up around midnight and fall back to sleep at 4. And goint to sleep at 7 meqns that I'm loosing all time to myself on my 6 to 4 days. Any advice on how to fall asleep and stay asleep is appreciated because exhaustion is destroying all my other motivations and desires to make positive changes in my life.

Is this hunched posture?

Came home from work and hatter didn't greet me, he hid and he won't eat either. Our well broke while I was at work so I don't know if something happened to scare him or what. Will monitor for physical symptoms & droppings.

Update!! Neighbor confirmed lightning strike to a nearby tree, that's probably what fried the well and scared my bun bun. He is back to eating and playing normally. Thank you all!!!

Symbols on sewing machine?

I'm trying to use a rolled hem foot. The stitches miss the hem entirely unless I have the machine set to mirror image stitching. But it doesn't want to feed the fabric through (or sound normal) on this setting? I also don't know why this foot would need this setting.
