First Schematic (review request) -- MP3 Player

It's an mp3 player using a pcm5102a, TRRS headphone jack, microSD reader, USB C, ESP32-S3-N16R8, female headers, tp4056, and a battery connector (picoblade). I'm using a SPDT slide switch as a SPST slide switch (couldnt find any SPST ones, so I had to make do).

I'm routing VBAT through the switch and routing out vbat_clean out of it, but for the TP4056 module, i connect the BAT pin to VBAT and NOT vbat_clean, is this okay? (primary question)

Please let me know if there's anything wrong or if I should change anything because It's my first ever schematic and I pretty much have no idea what I'm doing haha.

3km today (2nd session ever jogging) + have questions

I think it took me about 25 minutes, anyway here is some context and then questions I have:
It was around a rectangular park of perimeter about 750m and I did 4 laps, so a total of 3km.

lap 1 -> easy, super light work

lap 2 -> okay i can maintain this, not bad

lap 3 -> im kinda feeling it at this point in my heels + slightly at my back

lap 4 -> my heels are aching

My breathing isnt bad (I think?) I'm doing right foot -> 50% air intake, left foot -> fill the rest of my lungs (both through my nose) and then on the next right and left foot I exhale through my mouth quickly and just repeat it.

My lungs and heart are quite relaxed, as in after stopping after the 4th lap, theyre basically at resting rate if not a little higher.

q1: I reckon I could go for 5-6 if my legs caught up with my lungs/heart, is there any exercise I could do to strengthen my heels or improve endurance in my actual muscles? or is consistency just the key here?

q2: What is "running" on this subreddit. Typically I consider running as an activity where you RUN as fast as possible, such that you shouldnt be able to do it for more than, say, 60 seconds MAX before you get tired (there's probably people that can full speed run for longer but I'm talking about the general public). SO, what IS running? because I've seen people jog and call it "running" but I'm not sure, maybe im missing out on something key logic here.

q3: How can I go about increasing distances, should I just try 1km extra every week? (could be a quick trip to burnout) maybe every 2 weeks? I'm not gonna have as much time after summer vacations from school are over so I have about a month where I can actually put proper time into it.

LMK AND THANKS

I'm tryna get into electronics, pcbs and allat but I dont really want to buy a 3d printer just yet.

Are there any decently reputable 3D printing services in city? or mussafah with delivery?

I found one but theyre charging 100+ USD for something tiny so looking for something that isnt gonna break the bank 😞

(I'm trying to make an mp3/mp4 player so my cad design would be a shell likely, nothing too dense (yet))
