Please someone tell me what this line going from my anus to my testicles is???

I have never seen it before and it’s really concerning me that it’s something serious like cancer? My skin normally looks unblemished with no marks. I’m 27 and a male non smoker and healthy.

AMA Im 27 and have served time in U.K prison for firearm possession, I was also a major participant in an OCG. Feel free to ask me questions.

I have completely turned my life around, I’m 2 years 3 months from any form of illegal activity, and am training to become a councillor. I want to use my life experiences to help other people, absolutely feel free to ask me any questions you like, for obvious reasons there are some I cannot answer and I am under no circumstances a snitch that is something I will never change. I have been to prison twice, I have spent time in both category A and B prisons. I have completed my time for all criminal activity committed. I am still still marked by trident as a category red offender.
