Deck upgrade teval commander format
Looking to upgrade my teval deck. I have a budget of around 200$-250$. I've seen a couple of YouTube videos already but I would like to see if I can get opinions from other people that have played the same commander. I for sure know I need to upgrade my mana pool but id like advice with that too. Thank you in advance.
