Atlus, it’s been 5 games. Give us at least one same sex romance option, let us queers feel included in the game.

And just to clarify, I mean actual hard confirmed gay social link. Yes I’m aware that Yosuke in Persona 4 could have been romancable but was removed as a romance option before launch, yes I know the Ren+Akechi ship is in the top 100 ships on AO3, I mean an actual social link that you can romance.

First time in this subreddit, so I have no clue what flair to use or anything, but I just got the Phantom Thief Makoto a few days ago, and I’ve been building her up. Besides a few minor things I’m missing (damn Astrolabe stuff, I’m leaving it till last because screw that I don’t like the mode), I can’t find any weapons for her at all. Like, the 4 star and 5 star cases are a ghost town for her weapons, and the arms deals don’t offer her 5 star weapon to appear there at all. I thought I saw a weapon for her in the 4 star case, but it ended up being Akihiko’s weapon. So I’m really confused, how can I find literally any weapon for Makoto, because I genuinely want to build her and add her to my team fully, but I can’t have her basic weapon be all she has. Someone please help, thanks 😭

I got the Linux 12x64 about 8 or 9 years ago as a birthday gift, and I was excited to use it.

It didn’t turn on. It didn’t even charge. We (my dad and I) spent over an hour trying to get it to charge exactly like the manual said to, and yet it didn’t work.

So, we boxed it away.

Earlier today, I was looking at the box and I wanted to get it up and running again. So, I tried turning it on and got immediately reminded why I left it for that long.

Remembering I had a Reddit account, I want to ask if anyone has any ways to get it to work. Thanks :)

Considering how the Persona 5 reveal trailer had ties to the game, yet the visual symbolism was rather ambiguous, I think I know what the main message of P6 is.

The trailer shows us a graveyard, a place of death. There’s a lot of focus on a statue in the graveyard with a plaque under it, showing it’s a memorial statue. There’s a shadow of a hand reaching out to the statue, usually denoting the ideas of zombies reaching forwards when they rise from the grave.

That’s 3 themes of death. So what, is the message about death? Yes, but not actual death.

The death of your old self.

What if the core message of Persona 6 is about killing your old self to make way for your new self to shine. Remake yourself how you see fit, release who you truly are and kill the thoughts pinning you down and disrupting your life.

Food for thought as we get comfy for the next couple of years when Persona 6 releases likely sometime in late 2028 to early 2029

To clarify, I am not a beginner, but my boyfriend is. I’m going to be teaching him the game in about an hour’s time from making this post, and I’d like some suggestions for a CPU that he can fight against to get better at the game with.

He said he wants to play Wii Fit Trainer, so if anyone has any suggestions with a favourable Wii Fit matchup, please do say because I’d love to make his first experience at the game be a good one.
