I made gluten free cookies using 1 cup almond, 1 cup sorghum, and 3/4 brown rice flour. Sweetened with 1/2 maple syrup and 1/2 brown coconut sugar. I was aiming for a chewy cookie and they came out so fluffy and not sweet at all. How do I salvage the dough? It can make like 50 cookies
