Stomachache after upping dose?

Context: I started with 25 mg almost 4 weeks earlier. Was feeling ok. After 6 days upped to 50 mg. Also ok, then after a week and couple days upped to 75 mg for a 6 days and now I'm at 100 mg for a couple days.

Question: I started having stomach aches (as if I ate something a bit off) few days ago at night or in the morning, but today I have it the whole day. Its like 1 or 2 out of 10 pain, but since it doesn't pass it starts to annoy. Is it a side effect from upping dosage or its not related? If it is, will it go away after some time?

I feel barely anything now

Guys, I've become calmer, but at the same time I feel kinda numb inside. This mildly bothers me, mainly I just enjoy a steady mood even though I am still pretty much apathetic, but at least I feel calm. Sorry, I'm a mess, I hope you understand what I mean. Please share your experience, will it pass? (I am on sertraline for like 3 weeks and gradually went from 25 to 100 couple days ago)

This is a rant. My baby is 12 mo atm. I'll start by saying that I often feel like I'm behind my peers in life. Dating, dances, first sex etc etc. So I wanted to feel the most normal I can: I wanted vaginal birth I wanted to experience it, to go through all the stages of labor and so on. But how it went is my water broke, I went to the hospital, they said I have no contractions, and baby's heart rate was not good so I went directly to a c section. I asked for the full sedation because I wouldn't bare the whole process awake (mentally). I still think I made the right choice. But it left some regrets anyway. I don't like my baby less from the way he was born. But today my close friend gave birth, she texted me, said she had normal delivery and at that moment my great joy changed to grief. I don't want to feel this way, but I kinda envy her that she experienced it, that she did it, it feels like some achievement.

I couldn't keep.all of this inside, so here I am. Just a rant

Did anyone have a chance to try both?I tried the Omni breeze and liked it very much. Baby is comfy I am comfy. Not hot,can be used during summer etc. But I can't find it for an acceptable price. The Adapt soft flex is also kinda breathable but doesn't have an onward position (not so important) and no soft insert for hips. But: it's twice as cheap and I really think about this option. I plan to carry my 1 yo on my back with it mainly. Any advice, opinion and experience appreciated
