Bad relapse yesterday after a very strong 8 days of no porn at all.

Will come back from this tho, I’m now 28 I NEED to put this behind me for good

Had hypertonic Pf for about 18 months now, been able to mitigate most symptoms and live pretty well BUT still feel like any sexual activity isn’t enjoyable.

Have some pain in my penis and pubic area. Assuming this is nerve related, any suggestions as to how I can address this?
