Recommendations for local beef jerky?

I've researched a few places in the city that make their own jerky, but I'd love for anyone's reviews or suggestions first. I struggle a lot with flavors and textures so any kind of insight to those things too would be awesome. 🥺

Something high protein, crispy, easily interchanged with meat...?

I really need help finding a high protein source that could crisp up and be seasoned to hell and can be eaten with different sauces, especially ketchup. Does anyone have any tips for like... beans, where they don't taste like beans? Like a bean cake recipe? Or how to make tofu not horrible?

I struggle with meat the most. I only eat it when I know it's safe/highly processed/consistent flavor and texture. I usually boil ground beef until all the fat is rendered and the smell is gone, so it's literally just texture, but the entire process takes too long. Chicken breast smells and tastes like static as of late, and trimming off all the weird bits first also takes so long. Those were my only two safe options.

I feel crazy. No one in my life understands. Frankly, neither do I.

If you're thinking of getting this pizza, don't.

Tastes like a Dr. Oetker thin crust pizza but with salty, tasteless crust. The blobs of Boursin don't melt, so you have to smear them or get a mouthful of lukewarm garlic cream cheese—which sounds good, but I swear to you it isn't.

My dumb ass didn't check to see how small they were. For the cost, their size and taste is not worth even half as much as I paid (Was like $20 CAD or so, used Instacart.)

Salty, bland, and cheap-tasting but not in a good way. You're better off getting Kirkland's cheese pizzas and pinching off a loaf of herb & garlic cream cheese on top.

Denied refund after getting someone else's order.

How is it legal to be denied a refund when I was given someone else's order? Sent a pic of the order and the receipt and I'm told it doesn't qualify for a refund; how is that legal? Now I have the 6-12 hour support wait after being denied???
