i am currently reading hiraeth and am on chapter 23 and still have to force myself to read it. So, to the ones who have read it, does it get better or is it not my cup of tea and i should drop it?

It goes like this:

Arthur had to slap Merlin infront of the whole court cause he was disrespecting a lord and he would have been flogged as punishment. So, Arthur slapped him to save him from the lashings.

You could make arthur beg for forgiveness (i am a sucker for it)

Due to the “construction” of red line transit service the main road is completely blocked off and you are supposed to use the service road which is cramped by parked cars, stalls and illegally extended shops. And in that already limited space, there are water tankers every few miles.

The scorching heat only adds to the torment. There is so much dust floating in the air to a point that the road ahead becomes blurry. And don't even get me started on the kachra. Open manholes with a tree trunk sticking out of it to indicate its existence, heavy machinery with high pitched shrieking sounds, people shouting, honking, fighting, talking, breathing. 

Just when you think the worst of it is over, BOOM here comes the overflowing gutter with the worst stench known to humanity.
