I gave FC27 10hr trial a go, with openness to give it a fair go, the content that is on there obviously surpasses PES21/FL which we all know… however the gameplay even on authentic is a disaster and using the community realistic sliders it made it bearable but not enjoyable and certainly not realistic.

Long story short, the 2027 iteration of games will once again be won for me by Football Life. For comparison, I played the same teams, same stadium etc. on both back to back and FL26 already feels like the game that should be an official football game in 2026 and FC27 just something out of the arcade past.

Thanks to all the modders, I’m extremely lucky as a football obsessed gamer that this game and community exists. Long may it live.

Is there any way to edit who is in the UCL/UEL before a master league save? - essentially I’m asking as I want to start a save with Spurs but don’t want to start in European competition

It’s crazy that ‘2027s’ football games are fast approaching, and yet it’s already very clear that the best of the lot will be PES21/Football Life with mods from the community. I’m in disbelief how terrible ‘official’ gaming has gotten these days, KONAMI had the future of football games in their hands and gave it all up for eFootball. I pray that the community keeps finding ways to unlock PES 21 in ways people thought impossible, because it’s abundantly clear the community can shape a game far better than those on the big bucks.

If it’s true that the UCL / UEL can be updated to new formats, new leagues potentially added and maybe new rules like EFL extended Championship play-offs, then this will continue to dominate for the foreseeable for true football gaming fans. I hope the community can work as a team like what’s happening with FM26 mod community to truly unlock things together.

And lastly, a big thank you to all those in the community putting the work in and delivering for us. Without you, we’d have no football game to enjoy.

Hello all. Returning player here. Just pressed the button on 26 DLC, just wondering if there’s still the same sort of change in AI difficulty between Quali & Race? As in previous games I usually had to set Race 5 points lower difficulty otherwise AI would just fly past.

I’ve seen a few different takes on this, do Topps ship a ‘hit’ in the original order here in the UK or do they ship the standard card out and the hit at a later date if you are lucky?

Prescribed 50mg 8 months ago, things seemed to be good after a horrid first two weeks but all of a sudden I have very low motivation and a lot of daytime tiredness. I’ve moved dose to evening and started taking vitamins along with a better diet etc. but still finding days tiring (on and off throughout) and motivation lacking. Has anyone else experienced something like this where side effects have come on at a later date and what have people done to combat tiredness/fatigue?

I’ve been on 50mg Sertraline since around October, things improved after initial 2 week period, including motivation and overall energy. But the last month or so I’ve started to become tired in the day (usually on and off throughout day) and motivation has dipped.
