xbiking sizing - does this look like it fits?

Picked up this villiger kiowa mountain arrow yesterday. Apparently an 18" frame.

I am around 174cm / 5ft 8.50 in. Do you think it fits okay?

The bike feels pretty good. I'm definitely sitting more forward than I would like, but I know this is usually the case with 90s mtb.

I feel like I would like the handlebars a little higher, and maybe some sweep. Something like the velo orange quill stem + VO granola / tourist bars. Would that get me where I want to be?

Buy tickets at stadium before game for Universitatea Cluj vs Dynamo Kyiv???

Hi,

I will be in Cluj next week and wanted to go to this football game on Thursday.

I tried buying tickets through the Universitatea Cluj online shop but the UI doesn't accept passport numbers on the form in one step, just Romanian national I.D. numbers.

Is it possible to buy tickets on the day of the game at the stadium, or through another user friendly site.

Thanks
